STAGE IV - CRITICAL WATER USE RESTRICTIONS:                                                               

      Mandatory Water Use Restrictions: (all outdoor use of water is prohibited)


          1. Irrigation of landscaped areas is absolutely prohibited.

                       - Please refrain from watering ALL plants, trees, gardens and/or grass.


         2. Do NOT use water to wash any motor vehicle, motorbike, boat, trailer, airplane or other vehicle.
